Active since 1994 in business advising law firms (Düsseldorf and New York) and in managing or expert positions for medium-sized companies and international company groups (VEBA, RWE, Inquam Group, Sinoma/HAZEMAG).
Tanja Krigel studied law at Cologne University from 1989 and took her Bar Exam (2. Staatsexamen) at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in 1996. She covered a large number of mostly technology dominated market sectors in her career, including IT/Telecommunication, Engineering (Heavy industries and High-Tech), Automotive, Medical/Pharmaceuticals/Biotech and Consumer/Food. Tanja’s “native” area of practice is Merger & Acquisitions as well as all areas of business law and international contracts. In 2005 she founded KRIGEL Kanzlei für Wirtschaftsrecht near Cologne which is today based in beautiful Münster-Land. Tanja Krigel is a board member of Bürger Energie Dülmen e.G. (BEDeG) and as a board member of the Dülmen Community Foundation on a voluntary basis.
